Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial to join our team at the Nganjuk office, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by overseeing the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all A/R activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of delinquent accounts, identifying high‑risk cases and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify customer data, validate repayment capacity, and update credit files.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management, highlighting recovery rates, aging trends, and any escalations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to initiate legal proceedings when necessary, while ensuring all actions adhere to regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on effective collection techniques and the proper use of the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection (experience in multifinance is a strong plus).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
