Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Business Officer to join our dynamic team in Kertosono, Nganjuk. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to develop a career in financial services, customer acquisition, and loan portfolio management. You will work directly with the sales and credit teams to drive growth of our personal loan products while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new individual loan customers in line with the established business plan and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough character and financial capability assessments for each potential borrower.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining terms, rates, and repayment schedules clearly.
- Monitor monthly installments, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with the collections team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, credit evaluations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in field visits, community events, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing, risk, and operations departments to refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Provide regular performance reports to the regional manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or equivalent (D4 preferred).
- Age between 19 and 32 years (maximum 33 years as per company policy).

- Excellent communication skills, honesty, discipline, and strong attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid SIM C driving license and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Basic understanding of debt collection processes and marketing techniques is a plus.
