This role is pivotal in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving aggressive sales targets. The successful candidate will operate both in‑branch and through outbound channels, providing personalized financing solutions that align with our customers’ needs while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through face‑to‑face interactions, telephone outreach, and digital channels.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, including dealer partnerships, community networks, and online platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, financing requirements, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, ensuring clear communication of terms, benefits, and repayment schedules.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, track progress in the CRM system, and convert prospects into approved financing contracts.
- Collaborate with underwriting, risk, and collection teams to streamline application processing and resolve any issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to branch management.
- Provide post‑sale support, including answering customer inquiries, assisting with documentation, and facilitating loan servicing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the multifinance sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions and branch meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven orientation toward meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
