As a crew member, you will become the friendly face of Home Credit at selected street‑level and mall outlets, helping customers discover convenient payment options and financing solutions. Responsibilities
- Actively promote Home Credit payment products to shoppers at partner outlets, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate the Home Credit app, guiding customers through the payment process step‑by‑step.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to raise awareness of financing offers and drive foot traffic.
- Provide courteous, solution‑focused customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the regional manager, helping to refine product messaging and improve service quality.
- Adhere to a fixed work schedule of Tuesday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and be punctual for shift handovers.
- Comply with all health, safety, and data‑privacy regulations while handling customer information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Strong personal presentation – neat, professional, and approachable.
- Own an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Yogyakarta, whether in street‑level locations or shopping malls.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Basic familiarity with social‑media tools and an enthusiasm for digital marketing.
