Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity for recent high‑school graduates or vocational school alumni who are eager to start a career in the fast‑growing food‑and‑beverage (F&B) industry. As a Barista, you will be the face of Mojayan, delivering high‑quality beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty blends, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate coffee‑making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, steam wands, and pour‑over devices safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and handle cash or digital payments with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, including regular sanitization of equipment, counters, and seating areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; report shortages and assist in restocking supplies.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment shut‑down, and preparing the shop for the next service period.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, share workload, and support a positive team dynamic.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to the shop’s schedule, working full‑time or shift‑based hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00) and being available for weekend coverage when required.
- Uphold the shop’s brand standards by presenting a tidy appearance, wearing the prescribed uniform, and demonstrating a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements

- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honesty, discipline, quick‑thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Attractive personal appearance and a friendly smile.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work full‑time or shift schedules, including weekends.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Not currently enrolled in a university or college program.
- Possession of an active SKCK (Police Clearance Letter) to meet security standards.
- Basic barista skills or a willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques quickly.
