PT. Central Motor Daneswara Santosha is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. As a leading distributor of premium motorcycle accessories—including Corsa, Michelin, Kenda tires, Sugoi batteries, King Power anti‑leak fluids, Michelin Vanbelt, ADNOc & Liqui Moly oils, and RK Takasago chains—you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across Samarinda and its surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B customers such as motorcycle workshops, dealerships, and fleet operators within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
- Present product portfolios, conduct demonstrations, and provide technical advice on tire selection, oil specifications, and chain maintenance.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely delivery and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Collect market intelligence—pricing trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback—and relay insights to the marketing and product development departments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand, and update the CRM system with customer interactions.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle parts industry.
- Strong command of the Samarinda region and surrounding districts, with an established network of potential clients.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset for sales analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to handle frequent travel, product demonstrations, and occasional manual handling of inventory.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and willingness to learn new digital sales platforms.
