Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan Akuisisi to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, driving product adoption, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the region. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual who thrives on face‑to‑face interaction and can balance operational responsibilities with strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to existing and prospective customers to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Introduce, install, and activate our mobile application, providing hands‑on training and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption.
  • Present product samples, demonstrate key features, and tailor pitches to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Manage the stockist function: receive inventory, store items securely, maintain accurate records, and generate daily or periodic reports.
  • Submit daily activation reports through the designated web or mobile platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Process orders via the internal system, coordinate delivery logistics, and confirm receipt with customers.
  • Collect daily sales proceeds and deposit them into the company‑specified bank account, maintaining transparent financial records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑30 years.
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of proven sales experience; experience in direct customer acquisition is a plus.
  • Ownership of a smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher.
  • Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for field work.
  • Proficiency in operating mobile gadgets, including basic troubleshooting and app navigation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
  • Highly organized with excellent time‑management abilities to handle multiple client visits and reporting duties.
  • Result‑oriented mindset, comfortable working under performance targets and tight deadlines.
  • Team player who can collaborate across departments while also thriving in independent field assignments.
