Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections to support operational planning.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures, providing insightful commentary to senior management.
- Coordinate the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring all journal entries are accurate and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, statutory reports, and compliance documentation.
- Lead the internal audit preparation, liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit cycles.
- Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
- Collaborate with other departments (procurement, sales, operations) to gather financial data and support cross‑functional projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, recommending process enhancements where appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is highly preferred.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or accounting within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a high level of responsibility.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication skills and a professional attitude suitable for interaction with senior management.
