Responsibilities
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and dining area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces on a daily basis.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors, while adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, disposables, and perishable ingredients; report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist senior kitchen staff in plating and assembling orders to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow strict food‑handling protocols, including proper storage temperatures, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO).
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning tasks such as degreasing hoods, cleaning refrigeration units, and disposing of waste according to health regulations.

Requirements
