Responsibilities

- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and step‑by‑step usage through clear, jargon‑free language.
- Demonstrate the benefits of interest‑free installments, highlighting ease of application via the mobile app and fast approval times.
- Persuade shoppers to complete a PayLater transaction at the point of sale, using tailored sales scripts and real‑time support.
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions, leads generated, and conversions using Indodana’s CRM tools.
- Provide on‑site assistance for customers completing the digital registration process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with repeat customers, encouraging repeat usage and referrals.
- Gather feedback from the field regarding consumer concerns, competitive offerings, and store staff cooperation, and relay insights to the marketing team.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
