Introduction

The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities of the hub, ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from pickup to final delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is pivotal to SPX Express’s commitment to reliable “last‑mile” and “first‑mile” services for both B2B and B2C customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of shipments, from the moment parcels are collected until they reach the end customer.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, line‑haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce procedures that minimize the risk of loss, damage, or mis‑routing of packages.
- Track all hub transactions, maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise the flow of goods within the hub, ensuring proper storage, handling, and documentation.
- Train, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, troubleshooting issues quickly to maintain service levels.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven background in last‑mile or first‑mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, dispatch, and warehousing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, capable of motivating diverse teams.
- Effective multitasking and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Salamadeg or Kediri districts, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali.
