Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Produksi – Operasi Mesin & Monitoring Proses to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team in Pekalongan. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in production and process management. The successful candidate will work a six‑day week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, handling a mix of manual packing duties and basic machine‑operation tasks while ensuring that our production line runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring that each unit functions within designated parameters.
- Perform daily packing of finished goods, verifying that product quantities and specifications match order requirements.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of raw materials and in‑process items to detect defects early.
- Record production data, including output volume, downtime, and any irregularities, and report findings to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in minor equipment maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement under guidance.
- Collaborate with quality assurance staff to implement corrective actions when non‑conformities are identified.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow efficiency and suggesting practical enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates with an SMP/MTS background are also considered.
- Age: Female candidates aged 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Residence: Must be domiciled in the city or regency of Pekalongan.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core Skills: Basic understanding of production processes, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a willingness to learn machine operation.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination, reliable attendance, teamwork orientation, and effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 15 kg.
