Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Karyawati Penjualan (Female Sales Associate) to join our growing retail team. This full‑time position is based in our flagship store and offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, support store operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves, displays, and promotional materials are organized and attractive.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.
- Operate the store’s Management Information System (MIS) to update product data, track sales performance, and generate daily reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, participate in product launches, and assist with in‑store events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to store policies on loss prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (permutasi kerja yang ditetapkan).
- Age: Preferably between 18‑25 years old; unmarried status preferred to align with company policy.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Key Personal Attributes:
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to cooperate with colleagues.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic store management software or a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
