Introduction
The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda Rantau Prapat Sisingamangaraja is a dynamic field‑based position focused on negotiating and securing payment settlements for customers who have outstanding fines. This role is critical in ensuring the organization meets its revenue targets while maintaining strong, respectful relationships with the community. Candidates will operate primarily on a motorcycle, traveling to various locations across the service area to engage directly with clients, explain payment options, and close settlement agreements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers who have previously settled their accounts but still hold outstanding fines.
- Present clear, persuasive payment proposals and negotiate settlement terms that align with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment confirmations using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on payment methods.
- Collaborate with the central office team to relay field insights, market trends, and potential process improvements.
- Ensure all travel and field activities comply with safety protocols and local traffic regulations.
- Report daily activity logs and performance metrics to the supervising manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong personal integrity, high resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Ability to work independently in the field, managing time and routes efficiently.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a commitment to uphold the organization’s reputation.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
