Responsibilities
- Manage all daily branch activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO), cashiers, and administrative personnel on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for subordinate teams, aligning with branch targets and corporate goals.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and other Branch Managers to consolidate performance data, share best practices, and drive regional initiatives.
- Maintain high performance standards for business development, ensuring targets are met or exceeded in line with PT. Bina Artha Ventura’s benchmarks.
- Conduct comprehensive monitoring and reporting on all branch operations, preparing timely reports for senior management.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges—both internal and external—by collaborating with headquarters and delivering effective solutions.
- Lead regular training sessions and coaching programs to enhance staff competencies in customer service, credit assessment, and collections.
- Oversee cash handling, loan disbursement, and repayment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Promote a culture of ethical conduct, transparency, and customer‑centric service throughout the branch.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in micro‑finance or related financial services.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal two‑wheel vehicle for branch visits.
- Age not exceeding 35 years; gender inclusive.
- Core competencies: data acquisition, debt collection processes, effective team leadership, and strategic decision‑making.
