Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) for its Koto Baru branch in Sumatra Barat. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R), supporting the company’s financial health and customer relationship strategy. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will report directly to the Branch Collection Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.
  • Monitor daily A/R aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange on‑site visits to negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s credit management system, documenting all communication and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and resolve any discrepancies that may affect repayment.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection rates, outstanding balances, and any emerging trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved collection strategies, including the use of digital payment reminders and automated workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries professionally, offering clear explanations of repayment options, and maintaining a respectful tone during negotiations.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, legal updates, and new collection technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome.
  • Male candidates only, as per the posting requirements.
  • Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services; fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and influence borrowers.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
