To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan who can energize the marketplace, build brand visibility, and drive sales in the Sidorejo region. This role is perfect for a results‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys direct consumer interaction, and possesses a solid foundation in sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor consumer‑facing activities such as poster placements, product trial events, direct selling sessions, and blitz promotions to boost brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop localized sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Coordinate logistics for promotional events, ensuring all materials (POSM, banners, samples) are delivered on time and displayed correctly.
  • Gather real‑time market intelligence during field visits, identifying competitor actions, consumer preferences, and emerging sales opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on activity outcomes, POSM placement status, and potential new retail locations.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior promoters or temporary staff during large‑scale events.
  • Maintain a well‑kept motorcycle and valid SIM C to ensure timely coverage of assigned territories.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on consumer reactions and trial results.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG or retail sales, preferably with a focus on promotional activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales strategies that achieve measurable targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse consumer groups with confidence.
  • Quick adaptation to changing market conditions and the capacity to analyze data for strategic decision‑making.
  • Possession of a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
  • Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger, who exhibit high energy, self‑motivation, and a passion for the consumer goods industry.
