Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a thorough knowledge of daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the menu, including ingredient details, allergens, and suggested pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including table settings, silverware, and condiments, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate order flow and address any special requests.
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently, process credit card authorizations, and provide accurate receipts.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Upsell complementary items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to increase average ticket value.
  • Monitor dining area for cleanliness, promptly clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a customer‑first attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven capacity to remain calm and effective while working under high‑pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
