Introduction

MyRepublic, a fast‑growing broadband and telecommunications provider, is expanding its direct‑sales force across Indonesia. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Lapangan (Direct Sales). This role is pivotal in bringing high‑speed Wi‑Fi solutions directly to homes and small businesses through face‑to‑face engagement, helping customers experience reliable connectivity while driving the company’s market share.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing (door‑to‑door) in assigned territories to generate leads and promote MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi product suite.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical features in simple, customer‑friendly language.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into signed contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on on‑the‑ground insights and customer objections.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop localized promotional strategies and community events.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and sales techniques.
  • Report daily activity summaries and performance metrics to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
  • Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with a typical schedule of 08:00 – 17:00 and occasional weekend or evening appointments as needed.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and basic office applications for reporting.
