Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Consumable Management Team Member to join our dynamic logistics and supply‑chain operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all consumable items—such as office supplies, maintenance parts, and small‑scale inventory—are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently across our network of hubs and warehouses. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong grasp of warehouse management processes, a hands‑on attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute inbound purchase order (PO) procedures, verify shipment accuracy, and record receipt of consumables from approved vendors.
  • Organize and display items according to their designated storage locations (SLOC), maintaining optimal aisle flow and accessibility.
  • Process sales orders (SO), pick, pack, and prepare consumables for shipment to regional hubs and warehouses in line with user‑generated orders.
  • Conduct monthly stock opname (physical inventory counts) of consumables, reconcile discrepancies, and update system records.
  • Coordinate mobile‑to‑hub and warehouse transfers, including the handling of STO (stock transfer orders) and managing power‑up/down procedures with the local utility (PLN).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, PO and SO references, and ensure all paperwork is filed systematically.
  • Update daily stock cards and log books to reflect real‑time inventory levels and movement.
  • Generate weekly reports covering stock status, pending sales orders, and ongoing project requirements, providing actionable insights to supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve any inventory‑related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, such as implementing barcode scanning, cycle‑count strategies, or lean‑warehouse techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related logistics function.
  • Male candidates are preferred as per current operational policy.
  • Proven ability to manage stock, understand warehouse management systems (WMS), and perform accurate data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, internal stakeholders, and field personnel.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual material movement and occasional lifting of moderate loads.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a willingness to adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary with performance‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Paid annual leave, sick leave, and public holidays in accordance with local labor law.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including training on advanced warehouse management systems and supply‑chain certifications.
  • Transportation allowance and a company‑provided mobile phone for work‑related communication.
  • Friendly, inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Potential for career progression into senior logistics or inventory‑control roles.
