Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of espresso‑based drinks, cold brews, and specialty coffee beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile coffee station, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well‑stocked.
- Receive orders via our mobile app, confirm details with customers, and plan efficient delivery routes.
- Ride a company‑provided or personal motorcycle safely to deliver orders within the promised time window, adhering to local traffic regulations.
- Handle cashless transactions through the smartphone payment system, ensuring accurate order totals and issuing receipts.
- Provide friendly, professional communication with customers, answering questions about menu items and addressing any concerns.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, inventory shortages, or delivery issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in promotional events, sampling campaigns, and community outreach activities when required.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑28 years old, unmarried (as per company policy for this role).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role is inclusive and non‑discriminatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in coffee and delivery services is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English) to interact effectively with customers.
- Integrity: Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle cashless transactions responsibly.
- Technical: Own a smartphone capable of running the company’s order management app.
- Mobility: Valid motorcycle driver’s license and ability to ride safely in urban traffic.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 10 kg and stand for extended periods during peak service hours.
