Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Stasiun Sampah to join our team at Waste Station Rekosistem in Denpasar, Bali. As a frontline operator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the intake of inorganic waste, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional service to our customers through a user‑friendly application platform. This position offers a dynamic work environment where sustainability and community engagement are at the heart of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log inorganic waste deposits from customers, verifying quantities and types.
- Document each transaction, perform precise weighing, and categorize waste for proper handling.
- Maintain daily records and generate a comprehensive weight recap of all waste received.
- Assist customers with inquiries, guiding them through the recycling process and application usage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of both the interior and exterior of the waste station, performing routine cleaning tasks.
- Operate the station’s mobile or web‑based application to update inventory, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate timely collection and transport of sorted waste to processing facilities.
- Promote safe handling practices and adhere to all environmental and occupational health regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to workflow or customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 21 and 50 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in waste management, customer service, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid E‑KTP (Indonesian identity card).
- Comfortable working with inorganic waste materials and able to follow safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide consistent, high‑quality service.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a sense of ownership over tasks.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile or desktop applications for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
