Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars for senior staff.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain and update office inventory, order supplies, and track equipment usage such as laptops, iPhones, and other gadgets.
  • Operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the marketing team by managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and creating simple content or posting updates.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects, data entry tasks, and event planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding confidentiality and data security.
  • Provide basic IT assistance, such as troubleshooting minor laptop or MacBook issues and ensuring devices are charged and functional.
  • Contribute to a positive office atmosphere by being proactive, friendly, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
  • Unmarried, not currently enrolled in college or employed elsewhere.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a pleasant, approachable attitude.
  • Strong sense of responsibility (amanah) and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of smartphones, especially iPhone (plus point).
  • Ability to operate a laptop or MacBook proficiently (plus point).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Lumajang, with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
