Introduction

ADIRA – Toko Tabalong is expanding its sales team and is looking for dynamic, customer‑focused individuals to join us as Promotor Penjualan (SPG). This role is pivotal in promoting our financing solutions, which provide quick cash loans secured by motorbike or car BPKB (vehicle registration documents). As a front‑line ambassador, you will engage both existing and potential customers, leveraging traditional sales techniques and modern digital channels to drive growth and strengthen brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate is a motivated woman under the age of 30, with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, who possesses strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell ADIRA’s financing products, specifically cash loan services secured by BPKB motor or mobil.
  • Identify prospective customers through in‑store interactions, community events, and referral networks.
  • Maintain an active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp) to showcase product benefits, share success stories, and generate online leads.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls and visits with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and upsell additional financing options.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise proposals, explaining loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and collateral requirements.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager and underwriting team to streamline loan approvals and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
  • Track daily sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and report performance metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and sales strategy meetings.
  • Adhere to the scheduled working hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and uphold ADIRA’s code of conduct and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this position).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a friendly demeanor and the capacity to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates with a keen desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
