Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Area Representative to cover the Sleman region. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, connecting with retailers, distributors, and end‑users to ensure our products achieve market penetration and meet aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the assigned sales quota for the Sleman area through proactive prospecting and effective closing techniques.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new customers while nurturing existing accounts to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct routine visits to shops, distributors, and partner locations to showcase product features, gather market intelligence, and reinforce brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and special offers that stimulate demand and boost shelf visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing dynamics, providing actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Prepare accurate, timely sales reports and activity logs, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly, collaborating with internal support teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must demonstrate the physical stamina required for field work.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or related consumer‑goods sectors.
- Technical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, understand market dynamics, and apply strategic accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, high emotional intelligence, self‑motivation, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Other: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the Sleman region.
