Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Elektronik professional to join our growing team in Kupang. This role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of electronic products—including consumer gadgets, industrial equipment, and accessories—to both B2B and B2C customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the right solutions while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and proper installation.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide feedback for product development.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting revenue and highlighting pipeline opportunities.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the electronics sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Personal Traits: Highly dedicated, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with electronic product specifications and basic troubleshooting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time‑management, ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously, and attention to detail.
  • Availability: Willingness to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; flexibility for occasional weekend events.
