We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Restoran to lead our bustling restaurant outlet. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring all activities align with established SOPs for service, bar, kitchen, and cashier functions.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage presentation, guaranteeing consistency with brand standards.
- Lead, schedule, and motivate a team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, conducting briefings, performance evaluations, and attendance tracking.
- Control inventory levels, manage waste, and coordinate procurement to keep operational costs within budget.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports on sales, stock, labor, and other key performance indicators to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, upsell menu items, and enhance overall profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
- Train new hires on POS systems, service protocols, and emergency procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to synchronize service flow, reduce turnaround time, and optimize table turnover.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; preferably D3 or S1 in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role within an F&B outlet.
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including service, bar, kitchen, and cash handling.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities: decisive, responsible, and able to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven ability to create staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and oversee attendance.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and implementing cost‑control measures.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for guest interaction and team coordination.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic reporting (sales, stock, attendance); additional technical expertise is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
