Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a well‑organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring visual standards align with Weleri’s branding guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and input data into the store management system.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and communicating insights to the store manager.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for the store’s computer and POS equipment, ensuring minimal downtime during operating hours.
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and security protocols, including loss‑prevention measures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve weekly sales targets, participate in promotional events, and support seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Offer after‑sales support, handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through on‑the‑job training and company‑provided workshops.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification (SMK/SMA/D3/S1 accepted).
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to operate standard office software and POS systems.
- Appearance: Presentable and well‑groomed, reflecting the professional image of Weleri.
- Personal Traits: Honest, reliable, and demonstrates good behavior in a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Customer Service Orientation: Ability to listen actively, solve problems quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Flexibility: Available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
