Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new distribution partners to broaden market coverage.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Interpret sales and marketing data to refine tactics and improve forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute targeted promotional strategies that align with corporate sales objectives.
- Perform regular on‑site visits to key customers, strengthening relationships and ensuring product availability.

Requirements
- Male candidates aged 22‑35 years; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and related sales support apps (e.g., CRM, mapping, reporting tools).
- Deep familiarity with the Jabodetabek area and/or surrounding regions; ability to travel frequently, including out‑of‑town assignments.
- Established network of distributors and direct contacts within the consumer‑goods sector.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends when business demands require it.
