Introduction

Kencana Print (Boyolali) is a fast‑growing manufacturer of garments and digital‑printing solutions, operating a network of retail stores under the brand KAOSAN. We are expanding our footprint in the Greater Jakarta area and are looking for an energetic Area Sales Manager – Regional Business Development to lead our sales initiatives, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

This role will be based in Jakarta and will report directly to the Regional Sales Director. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, results‑oriented team and will be instrumental in positioning Kencana Print as a premier supplier of fashion apparel and high‑quality digital prints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive, profitable relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout the Jakarta market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and territory‑specific action plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B contracts with fashion brands, corporate clients, and event organizers.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of retail trends and consumer behavior in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and to assist in launching new product lines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of proven sales experience in fashion, garment manufacturing, or digital‑printing industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Deep understanding of retail market trends and consumer preferences in Jakarta.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Open to candidates of all genders; no age limit imposed.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
