We are seeking a motivated Staf Dapur – Pengelolaan Operasional Dapur to join the vibrant team at Dough and Miru. Our bakery‑café, located at Jalan Setia Budi No. 101, Kota Palu, specializes in an ever‑expanding menu of more than 75 artisan donut varieties and a curated selection of beverages. As a key member of the kitchen crew, you will help maintain the high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency that our customers expect.
This full‑time position operates on a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while contributing to the growth of a beloved local brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters, and fillings for a wide range of donut flavors, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
- Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, fryers, ovens, and proofing cabinets.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store raw materials according to food safety standards.
- Assist in the daily scheduling of production runs to meet peak‑hour demand without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the pastry team to develop new product concepts and seasonal specials.
- Conduct regular quality checks, documenting any deviations and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment shutdown, cleaning logs, and waste management.
- Provide on‑the‑spot training for junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth order flow during high‑traffic periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
