- Generate standard financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational decision‑making.
- Support audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and adopt best practices.
- Adhere to internal controls, corporate governance standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in accounting or finance studies is a plus.
- Age: Up to 0 years of professional experience (open to fresh graduates).
