Introduction
We are a dynamic fashion retailer based in Kabupaten Karawang, seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑line team as Staff Toko dan Kasir (Pekerja Harian). This role is ideal for candidates who love interacting with customers, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment. As a daily employee, you will be an integral part of our store operations, ensuring that every visitor experiences a welcoming atmosphere and seamless checkout process.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and digital payments with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting shoppers, answering product inquiries, and offering style suggestions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including arranging displays and restocking shelves.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and updating inventory systems.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, securing the premises, and preparing daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, promotional goals, and overall store performance metrics.
- Handle basic security tasks such as monitoring for shoplifting, reporting suspicious activity, and ensuring a safe environment for shoppers and staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, working six days a week (Monday – Sunday) from 09:00 to 22:00 as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Age: up to 28 years old; single candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or customer‑service roles.
- Strong passion for fashion and an ability to convey product benefits to customers.
- Excellent multitasking abilities; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, initiative, firmness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, and proactive.
- Quick thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems and updating inventory records.
- Location: willing to be stationed in Kabupaten Karawang.
