Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, establishing rapport and understanding their beauty needs.
- Conduct personalized skin analyses and product consultations, recommending makeup, skincare, and fragrance solutions that match each client’s profile.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, host mini‑makeup tutorials, and provide after‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross‑selling, and leveraging loyalty program incentives.
- Track inventory levels, process stock receipts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Collect and document customer feedback, forwarding insights to the merchandising and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Utilize a motorbike for timely deliveries to nearby satellite locations or for promotional events, when required.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders are welcome; however, the position currently prefers female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Beauty Advisor (BA) or Beauty Consultant (BC) in cosmetics or skincare.
- Appearance: Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to convey confidence and professionalism.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, active listening, and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and personal‑care industry.
- Transportation: Ownership of a motorbike and the ability to ride it safely; this is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward sales development.
