Responsibilities

- Maintain and continuously expand a comprehensive database of prospects, with a focus on the Payakumbuh market, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for effective outreach.
- Design visually compelling marketing assets using Canva and edit promotional video content with CapCut to enhance digital presence.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate marketing leads into tangible sales opportunities, tracking conversion rates and optimizing the lead‑to‑sale process.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to provide actionable insights that influence product positioning and pricing.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly performance targets, reporting progress to senior management and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Participate in shift work and attend on‑site events, including high‑visibility gatherings at Ngalau I, to represent the brand and engage directly with customers.
- Utilize personal transportation to reach client sites, events, and market hotspots efficiently.
- Demonstrate high levels of honesty, discipline, agility, and initiative in all tasks, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and basic data‑analysis tools; ability to interpret marketing metrics and generate reports.
