Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Pengelola Tim Proyek Strategis to spearhead our strategic insurance initiatives across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises). This role is pivotal in expanding our student‑card insurance program, cultivating robust partnerships, and leading a high‑performing sales team. As a key member of our commercial division, you will work closely with senior management to design, implement, and monitor innovative insurance solutions that meet the needs of educational institutions and other B2B clients. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure partnership agreements with schools, government bodies, corporations, village communities, markets, and UMKM for the student‑card insurance program.
- Design and launch tailored insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and field surveys to map target institutions, assess demand, and develop actionable outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private stakeholders to facilitate smooth program implementation.
- Prepare regular progress reports, performance dashboards, and supporting documentation for internal and external review.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a network of business partners and sales agents, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Develop and execute business development plans that capitalize on regional opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and adjust tactics to meet or exceed targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in B2B sales or partnership development.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets, and UMKM.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead a team toward achieving sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
