- Collaborate closely with makeup artists, photographers, and marketing teams to create cohesive brand‑aligned visual content for social media, catalogues, and promotional events.
- Maintain an organized workstation, manage inventory of styling tools and product supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening actively, communicating clearly, and following up after appointments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior stylists and interns, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for service improvements, and assist in the development of new styling packages.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; candidates with an SMK (Vocational High School) background in Hair Styling or a related field are strongly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a professional hair salon or fashion consultancy is desirable, though fresh graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, single women are given priority based on current client demographics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, up‑styling, and the ability to create trend‑forward looks. Familiarity with fashion styling software and visual merchandising tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a polished and courteous appearance, strong teamwork orientation, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability: Full‑time commitment from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Flexibility for occasional evening events or client shoots is required.
