As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting the overall operations of our outlet.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to planograms.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform regular inventory checks, receive deliveries, unpack goods, and replenish shelves in a timely manner.
- Monitor product expiry dates, rotate stock, and promptly remove damaged or expired items.
- Support promotional activities, set up in‑store displays, and ensure promotional signage is up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of merchandise and maintaining a safe environment for shoppers and staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product knowledge, store policies, and emerging retail technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Proportional body posture suitable for standing and moving for extended periods.
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude and good interpersonal behavior.
- Physically and mentally healthy; able to lift moderate loads and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings that conflict with company grooming standards.
- Willingness to be assigned to any store location based on business needs.
- Basic proficiency in using a store management system and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
