Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staf Penagihan – Collector to join our expanding team in the Tanah Bumbu area. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our portfolio by engaging directly with clients, securing timely payments, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. The successful candidate will work six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 17:00, and will be a key point of contact for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for the purpose of debt collection, ensuring a courteous yet firm approach.
- Assess each client’s financial situation and propose tailored payment solutions that align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily visit reports, including outcomes, challenges faced, and progress toward collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to resolve disputed accounts and to initiate legal actions when necessary.
- Follow all established collection procedures, staying current with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve negotiation techniques, customer service skills, and knowledge of relevant laws.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring payment issues and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 32 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Experience: No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Key Skills: Strong active communication, persuasive negotiation, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn proprietary CRM tools.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, resilience under pressure, punctuality, and a commitment to following legal and ethical guidelines.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to travel within the Tanah Bumbu region and handle the physical demands of frequent field visits.
