Introduction
Artaboga, a well‑established distributor of consumer goods in the Pamekasan region, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join its sales force as a Sales Motoris. The role is based in Artaboga’s Artaboga (Pamekasan) hub and involves direct, door‑to‑door sales to retail outlets and end‑customers along a predefined route. Candidates will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 07:30 am to 05:00 pm, and will be expected to represent the company’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores and direct customers daily, presenting Artaboga’s product portfolio and closing sales transactions.
- Introduce new promotions, seasonal offers, and product launches, ensuring customers are fully informed of benefits and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and individual buyers to encourage repeat business.
- Manage on‑board inventory: receive, verify, and restock merchandise while keeping accurate records of stock levels.
- Maintain the visual presentation of products on shelves according to corporate merchandising standards.
- Record each sale in the handheld device or sales ledger, generate daily sales reports, and relay any market feedback to the supervising manager.
- Plan the most efficient travel route each day, taking into account traffic patterns, store opening hours, and delivery windows.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation for accounting purposes.
- Monitor competitor activity within the territory and report insights that could influence pricing or promotional strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional sales manager, contributing to the overall growth of the distribution network.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply.

- Zero to minimal prior sales experience; fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, effective communication, basic administrative ability, time‑management, and a customer‑focused attitude.

- Valid driver’s license and the physical stamina to ride a motorbike for several hours each day.
