Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Accurate users via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Accurate software, including data entry errors, report generation problems, and integration concerns.
- Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions, guiding clients through core modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Tax reporting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed case logs, ensuring that all support tickets are documented in the CRM system according to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to relay user feedback, suggest enhancements, and participate in beta testing of new features.
- Assist clients in preparing and filing basic tax documents, leveraging your understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Develop quick‑reference guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to empower users to solve common issues independently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, identify trends, and propose process improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights from customer interactions and contributing to continuous learning initiatives.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Recent graduate status is acceptable; 0‑2 years of related experience is welcomed.
- Preferred certification: CAP (Certified Accurate Professional) or willingness to pursue it within the first six months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general corporate accounting principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving attitude, with a proactive mindset for learning and self‑development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Willingness to work at our Tomang office in West Jakarta (Jakarta Barat) and adhere to the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
