Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Captain Senior Operations Leader to join our fast‑growing food and beverage organization. This pivotal role combines strategic operational oversight with a strong marketing orientation, ensuring that our venues not only run smoothly but also achieve aggressive sales and brand‑growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of relevant experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to inspire teams across multiple shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for multiple restaurant and café locations, overseeing staffing, inventory, and service standards.
- Develop and execute marketing‑focused initiatives that drive foot traffic, increase average ticket size, and improve customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with the security team to ensure compliance with Garda Pratama (Satpam) regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, labor cost, food waste, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff competencies in food safety, service excellence, and upselling techniques.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to guarantee quality and cost‑effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages quick response, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
- Certification: Possession of a valid Garda Pratama (Satpam) license.
- Core Skills: Strong marketing orientation, food & beverage management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Soft Skills: High motivation, rapid responsiveness, keen analytical ability, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Immediate start is highly preferred.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
