Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their designated tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders, promptly communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff using our point‑of‑sale system.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation, portion size, and temperature for each item.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refilling beverages, addressing special requests, and anticipating guest needs before they are voiced.
- Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests depart, resetting the station with fresh linens, utensils, and glassware for the next seating.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow, especially during peak periods.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to management while maintaining composure.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and food‑handling regulations, ensuring a pristine and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new dishes, specials, and service protocols.
- Maintain an organized work station, manage inventory of service items, and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a fine‑dining or premium restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette, including proper table setting and wine service basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams.
- Problem‑solving abilities to handle unexpected situations, such as order modifications or guest complaints, with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional overtime during special events.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
