Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, and cold brews according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and care.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the POS system, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at shift end.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking beans, milk, syrups, and disposables.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new drink offerings, seasonal menus, and barista techniques.
- Uphold the brand’s standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer interaction at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑service role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also considered.
- Ability to work full‑time 8‑hour shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong personal hygiene, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy environment.
- Unmarried status is preferred, reflecting the company’s current staffing policy.
- Confident communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
