Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer for our Pasar Baru branch, covering the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. This front‑line role is pivotal in driving growth for our multifinance business by building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new customers. The successful candidate will act as the trusted liaison between our company, dealers, and end‑consumers, ensuring a seamless credit application experience and fostering long‑term loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s financing products to both existing and prospective customers across the Jabodetabek region.
- Identify sales opportunities through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification.
- Prepare and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining regular communication with dealers and customers to provide status updates.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly, explaining approval conditions, repayment schedules, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, preferred payment locations, and other essential details to avoid defaults.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Maintain a detailed log of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market insights and proposing strategies to improve product penetration.
- Continuously update knowledge of multifinance products, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide accurate advice.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
- Age: maximum 29 years (candidates up to 30 years may be considered).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and credit evaluation.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in using telephone and digital communication tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
