Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate sublimation press machines according to job orders and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and timing to achieve optimal colour transfer and fabric integrity.
- Inspect incoming fabric rolls for defects and ensure they are clean and properly aligned before each press cycle.
- Maintain detailed production logs, recording batch numbers, cycle times, and any deviations for traceability.
- Achieve daily and weekly production targets while adhering to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and rectify any issues that could affect final product appearance.
- Keep the work area tidy, manage waste responsibly, and uphold hygiene standards for both equipment and fabrics.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Assist in training new operators, sharing best practices for machine handling and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing defect‑free output.
- Ability to meet production targets and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good physical condition; capable of working in the high‑heat environment of press machines.
- Residency in or around Kota Baru – Kota Jambi is preferred.
- Prior experience with sublimation or heat‑press equipment is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
