Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Admin Inventori dan Kontrol to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management system, ensuring that all stock movements are accurately recorded, tracked, and reported. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory databases using advanced features of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Conduct daily stock reconciliations, verify physical counts against system records, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as turnover rates, stock ageing, and reorder points.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in periodic physical inventory audits and support external auditors when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and waste minimization within the inventory cycle.
- Provide clear and courteous communication to internal stakeholders regarding stock availability, back‑order status, and delivery schedules.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members on inventory software and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the inventory and control area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in inventory management or control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, charts, and automated reports.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and a habit of keeping workspaces tidy and documents well‑structured.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem‑solving.
