Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our growing team covering the Kabupaten/Kota Baru region. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our electronic data capture (EDC) solutions, helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) modernize their payment processing. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a proven track record in sales, a passion for helping small businesses thrive, and the flexibility to work independently while meeting daily acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound canvassing visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines and tailoring the pitch to each business’s unique needs.
  • Achieve a daily acquisition goal of 2‑3 new merchant contracts by demonstrating product features, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system, updating lead status, follow‑up actions, and contract details.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule device installation, training, and after‑sales support for new merchants.
  • Provide market feedback on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and emerging payment technologies to help refine our sales strategy.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing successes, challenges, and best practices with the broader team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards during field activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or retail equipment.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and forecasting sales pipelines.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
