Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and customer‑focused Retail Sales Cashier (Kasir Penjualan Ritel) to join our fast‑growing retail team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth transaction processing, maintaining accurate cash handling, and delivering a friendly shopping experience to all customers. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with shift work required to support peak hours and weekend traffic.

Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Verify product prices, apply promotions, and ensure proper discount authorization.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including regular cleaning of the register, scanner, and surrounding floor space.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and basic troubleshooting of loyalty‑card issues.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, documenting any discrepancies for managerial review.
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to restock merchandise, manage out‑of‑stock alerts, and support promotional displays.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities or potential theft to loss‑prevention personnel.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures, including proper handling of cash and sensitive customer data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (any major) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Previous experience in a retail or cash handling role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, and quick decision‑making skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including occasional weekend or holiday schedules.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and familiarity with POS software (training will be provided).
