We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Profesional to join our educational team in Padang. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys by providing personalized, high‑quality tutoring across a range of subjects. As a private tutor, you will work closely with learners of various ages, helping them build confidence, improve grades, and develop lifelong learning skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum, learning style, and academic goals.
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses through diagnostic tests, quizzes, and one‑on‑one discussions.
- Provide clear explanations of complex concepts, using visual aids, real‑world examples, and interactive activities.
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, delivering detailed feedback reports and suggestions for home study.
- Prepare supplemental learning materials such as worksheets, practice exams, and digital resources.
- Manage a flexible schedule, coordinating sessions from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and a positive learning environment at all times.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and stay updated on educational trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by client preferences.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging teaching materials and adapt methods to diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and supportive attitude.
- Basic digital literacy: comfortable using online tutoring platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational apps.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) within the stipulated hours.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with a passion for education are also encouraged to apply.
